Ayer hicimos una cena a ciegas y nos encantó. Es una experiencia que todos deberíamos tener para ser conscientes de nuestra forma de comer, con los ojos. La cena estaba riquísima, accesible si luego quieres replicarla. Además, fui muy divertido y los cheffs fantásticos.

Cena a ciegas
Ayer estuvimos en una cena a ciegas de soy chef, fue divertidisimo, aprendimos, reímos, cenamos y conocimos gente nueva. Es una experiencia que recomiendo 100% no comento nada sobre la cena para no desvelar los platos, pero todo riquísimo y algunos son una verdadera sorpresa.
Gran Escuela y mejor sitio
Es una escuela increíble donde puedes aprender multitud de técnicas y recetas que puedes poner en práctica después. Tanto Fernando (El chef) Como Pablo van a hacer que te sientas como en casa y vas a sentirte como un gran cocinero. Experiencia muy recomendable, tanto para clases como para diferentes nuevas experiencias (cena a ciegas, talleres monográficos, etc).

Fun cooking class, great food
We loved Fernando’s cooking class. The classroom is actually in the market and you start by doing a market tour and brief explanation. You also have the chance to buy Saffron and Paprika so that you can make paella at home. You make 3 dishes (and Fernando makes a dessert for you to enjoy). Everything was very clear, Fernando was engaging and very informative. He pointed out particular steps that might be challenging at home and encouraged everyone to try the recipes soon after returning from traveling. I feel confident that I can make the dishes at home and am looking forward to trying them next week. I really liked that you were able to learn Paella as well as tortilla, as those were two dishes I really wanted to learn. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone in the Madrid area.

Chef was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! This cooking class exceeded our expectations and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend this class to anyone that wants to learn to make Spanish food.
